OUR classes

Semi-Private Training

This is our premier small group training membership offering. These classes will focus on strength, balance, power, and conditioning. Classes are limited to a MAXIMUM of 5 people, so that our coaches can give you maximum attention through your workout.

Youth Strength and Conditioning

This is our group class offering for middle and high school ages. This strength and conditioning class develops the athleticism of your rising athlete. We will develop and improve speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and conditioning.

Girl's Strength

Empower your girls! MSF provides a Girls ONLY strength and empowerment group. This is a Strength and Conditioning class designed to empower young adolescent girls and show them how strong they really can be! Girls will work together in a positive environment to learn proper age appropriate strength training and cardiovascular training techniques.

Speed & Agility

Speed and agility camps work specifically on speed development of your youth athlete. This class is designed for our young youth athletes, ages 7 – 13 years old.

HIIT

This is an interval-based, full body group training program designed to build strength, increase fitness levels, burn calories and promote fat loss. Participate in exercises using a combination of body weight movements, bands, TRX units, kettlebells, plyometrics, and more.
